Inside, a perfectly situated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom layout features a comfy living area with couch and loveseat, a Smart TV, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances large and small plus dishware, cookware and utensils.

The Tipsy Turtle comfortably sleeps 6:
~ The main suite includes a king bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk-in closet, private patio access, and a remodeled ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
~ The guest bedroom offers two full beds, ceiling fan, smart TV, walk in-closet, and access to the remodeled guest bathroom.

For your convenience, a full sized washer and dryer and free, high speed WIFI, and beach towels are included, and a seasonally heated pool is located right outside your front door

You're just a couple hundred yards from the white sands, lush lagoon pool, restaurant, bars and more. You can reach it all via the resort’s pedestrian bridge or a free tram ride. We are one of the closest villas to the Edgewater Convention Center and Clubhouse—perfect for guests attending competitions or meetings--and you can also step outside the resort to find a variety of walkable dining options from fresh seafood and Cajun cafes to pizza and casual American eats.

✅ Primary renter must be at least 25 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold placed on the guest's credit card. No pets/ESA, smoking, or parties allowed. Booking includes the resort's fee and up to two vehicles.

💦 There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or the beachfront lagoon pool surrounded by lush tropical foliage and waterfalls. There are Chairs or poolside Cabanas available to rent. The kids splash pad and two hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders Bar or Shakers Bar.

🎶 Summer entertainment at Edgewater includes beach bonfires, kids activities like Hermit Crab races, a photo scavenger hunt, beach volleyball, dive-in movies, poolside DJs, karaoke and more! (Some events require a fee.)

⛳ The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a pro-shop, plus fitness center. all amenities are included with your stay except for golf.
